NORMAN KORSWOLD 1933-2012
If you have ever stopped by Applebee's on Cortez in Bradenton on any given Thursday night since late 2010, you have probably seen Norman Korswold playing our Game Show Trivolution.

Think of the TV show Cheers anytime their Norm entered the bar and you would see a similar reaction anytime Norm entered Applebee's. Everyone that was a regular at Applebee's or knew him because of our Thursday night Game Shows loved Norm.

Fans of the Game Show know that he is our one and only Hall-of-Fame member. There were several reasons for that, not the least of which was that he was at Applebee's almost every Thursday night and the enjoyment he seemed to get from playing our silly little Game Show.

Norm, a US Air Force retiree, passed away on Sunday January 22nd in Bradenton. He was 78.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, January 28 at 11:00am at Brown & Sons Funeral Home at 5624 26th Street W, Bradenton, FL 34207 if anyone would like to attend.

He will be greatly missed.
